Hello everyone, thank you for stopping by. I trust your week has been awesome so far. I am enjoying my last weeks of summer vacation. Back to school signs are up and I can't wait to meet my 24 little people in a few short weeks. What have you been up to? Vacay? School shopping?
So this weeks post shows how I achieved that glamour meets street style without breaking the bank. The lovely cobalt skater dress that I saw, wanted and bought came in the mail and was way too short and tight. Bummer! Life happens and things don't always go as planned. My first reaction was 'here daughter, you can have it'. And then I thought wait a minute, I can make this work. If my dry cleaner lets the sides out I'd wear it as a top! Totally worked! I further ignited my look with a flash of orange to keep in tune with the brights trend that I'm so loving and enjoying. It has truly been a summer of vibrant and zesty colors for me. You?

The gold flower necklace kept me in the loop and added a bold touch to my daytime ensemble. I dressed my arm in a single wide bangle and my feet in my go to 'workhorse' black shoes. You can relate to that huh, we all have that one pair that's so versatile we work it to death literally, Ha! My eye makeup is a softer version of last week's look. That was the intent at least, Ha! I tend to be heavy handed in application so the end result is always intense. I'm working on it. I accessorized further with bright lipstick, a chunky ring and a chic pair of cat eye sunnies. I felt unstoppable, the rest is history. #BeStayBeautiful
