I know I’ve said Orange will not be the new black for me and even though it doesn't hold a candle to purple in my book, I’m here to say it’s definitely starting to grow on me. A little bit everyday. I’m injecting orange into my wardrobe in the form of accessories and loving it. It’s so bright. It’s so bold and it’s so beautiful. Eye popping too. Don’t know what took me forever to burst an orange move! Hello FI readers, welcome back!
And my birthday beat goes on! I had a nothing less than magical birthday last week. I’m literally still floating on cloud 9. Somebody pinch me, I need to snap out of it, haha. How many ways do I describe the experience? Lets see, hmmm. Pampered, waited on hands and feet, spoiled, indulged, petted, pandered to, catered to. Any more? Help! Somebody, anybody! Thanks for all the great wishes world, I appreciate and love you so much.
I’m not really a big print gal but the crisscrossing zippers and detachable bottom of this dress caught my eye and my wallet, haha. It felt snug at the waist thanks to the zipper detail that made for a banded waist. Pairing it with solid colors helped tone down the busy prints.
I am in love with this pair of ear muffs in a bright orange color. So playful and fun while keeping me cozy and Jack Frost at bay. Huge hit for me. It so matches my playful personality too and even though ear muffs are not super needed here in Cali, I want one in purple, and pink, and yellow, oh and green. Blue too. White would be perfect. And to think that my initial reaction when I saw it was, hmmm this would look silly on me but it sure is pretty. Wrong! I love!
Daylight savings began today and I’ve got a million and one things to do before I try to turn in 1hour earlier tonight so I’ll run along. Have a fantastic week ahead.
