Much as I like to dress up (and some have told me I dress like a diva not a blogger lol) I also love a simple and chic look that says a lot without saying much.
Nothing enhances your effortlessness quite like a chambray shirt. Pull or roll up the sleeves for an added dose of ‘I didn’t try too hard’. It is a closet staple for me. Today I’m sporting an old chambray shirt from H&M and an old pair of perfectly gorgeous fuchsia pants from Phillip Lim that I am so obsessed with.
I love a good pair of well tailored slacks, period! Who doesn't? I'm giving this one extra points for being Spring friendly. This pair also by Phillip Lim is fabulous as well as this, this and this. For under 50$ I think this and this and also this at 25% off and this tummy slimming pair are total steals.
With a belt to add some sparkle, cinch the waist and give that pulled together look, a light jacket (not pictured) to ward off the mild chill that we experienced in SF this week, my business casual look was complete.
Pair your chambray shirt with white jeans or blue skinnies like this and this for a simple and perfect Spring outfit which I also did this week and may be showing soon. Denim on denim are after all the perfect partners you’d agree. Dress up your chambray with a pretty tulle skirt for that dainty and girly look. They are so versatile and a go to for most gals.
Our beautiful gift from mother nature, roses in every which color are popping up everywhere and decorate almost every front yard so beautifully.
Everyone knows about my fascination with roses, even my young clients aka my students. What better way to add some floral delight to my ensemble than a bouquet of red roses.
Hello darlings! Hope your week was great.

Idu, this has to be one of my favourite looks from you, that bedazzled bra peeking through is sexy and sophisticated. And I love that you don't dress like a blogger, that makes you a standout and for very good reasons too.
