Little Black (Floral) Dress

This dress with it’s full skirt is a polished update to the classic Little Black Dress. A perfect way to transform your old black dress into the live of the party, the floral Ankara appliqués accent the hem and adds an oomph to an already stand out piece.

I love the fit and flare shape. Just like the cute print belt that shows off one’s shape, the addition of rhinestones give this dress a new lease on life. The hem hits right below the knee for a flirty look perfect for a night out on the town or 'cocktail appropriate' like my daughter would say.

I finished the look with a floral necklace from Takai by Angela, a green Saint Laurent bag and Prada pumps.

How was your week guys? The school year is gradually winding down and boy am I excited. Last week was teacher appreciation week and omg, I can’t even begin to list all the gifts I received from my kiddos and their families. The joys of teaching!
