Hey Y'all, I am going live today, exciting!!! I think I'm getting a hang of this and I hope you enjoy my adventures in life and in fashion. It's been so nice out and I promise my next posts will be outdoors, making the best of it before the cold weather hits.
I was headed to a fashion show. Shopped my closet and these pieces seemed to come together pretty well. I reinvented my skirt for a shorter catchier look, heehee. It made it's debut at my birthday dinner in Vegas last year. Leave it to me to show a classic non color some pouffy oomph, the kind that made the rest of the room fade into 'my black'. I used a stiff tulle tutu to achieve that. I love to sparkle (don't we all, LOL) so I went for a gold and black asset flaunting embellished top.  A pair of gold Lady Peep 150mm Louboutins and a black envelope clutch tied it all together. I dressed my eyes in my 'go to' purple dramatic eye makeup. To achieve this look I used Defiance ( Defiance pallet of the Wonder Woman limited edition collection '11 by Mac ) to highlight underneath my brows and patted some of it in the crease. I added dimension to my crease with Star Studded and Vibrant Grape and blended out. On my outer corners I used Fig One and a little Carbon. You can't go wrong with a few dabs of glitter held down with a thin layer of eyelash glue to avoid falling. #IduCation: cleaning up fallen eye makeup will ruin your foundation, so apply your foundation last. I nailed the art of the brow using Handwritten by Mac and eye brow Push Up Bra by NYX. Sometimes I use a gel liner applied with a 263 angled brush and a lighter concealer applied with a 212 brush to achieve this look. On my lips I had a combination of Angel and Flat Out Fabulous both by Mac. There wasn't a lot not to like when I looked in the mirror and you guessed it, I whipped out that camera. Time to love me some Iduuuuu and voila!

What I was wearing:
Mandalay Black and Gold top
Black ruffled all over pouf skirt
Christian Louboutin Lady Peep
YSL black clutch

Thanks for stopping by and
Keep thinking those 'Purple' thoughts!
